Scotland’s only fine dining festival returns to The Chester Hotel this November. Signature will bring internationally renowned chefs – four of whom hold a coveted Michelin star - to Aberdeen to work alongside the hotel’s own team in serving up mouth-watering menus to gastronomes.
Four Michelin starred chefs, 20 AA Rosettes for Culinary Excellence, two time winner of The Great British Menu and one of the world’s leading pastry chefs and chocolatiers – the country’s top talent will be playing a leading role in The Chester Hotel’s fine dining festival this November.

It’s always great to be able to go to events like Signature, to meet different teams and learn about their own approach to patisserie. This is the first time that we will have visited Aberdeen, and we’re really looking forward to it.

For the second year running, Friends of the Neonatal Unit has been chosen as the beneficiary of The Chester Hotel’s fine dining food event. The charity of Aberdeen Maternity Hospital’s Neo-Natal Unit for premature and sick babies helps hundreds of families through difficult times and fundraising is at the heart of what it does.
