From start to finish, Signature’s luxury afternoon tea will be a feast for all the senses, and not just the taste buds.
The stellar event will feature music from soul sensation Beverley Knight and add a hands-on demonstration from one of the country’s top chocolate and patisserie chefs.
William Curley is passionate about all things chocolate – from bean to bar – and will share his vast knowledge with guests, talking them through the deliciously divine creations on the patisserie plate, hand made for the occasion.
Guests will also try appetising choices from an amazing Amuse Bouche, a selection of delectable savoury treats and mouth-watering scones served with butter, jam and clotted cream.
At such a sparkling occasion, the champagne is sure to be flowing – and gin too - alongside pots of freshly brewed real tea, of course!
All this in the beautifully decorated surrounds of the Granite Suite, from 1-6pm, on Sunday, 4 November. Setting the mood for the event will be string group The Rococo Quartet who will perform to welcome guests, and throughout the afternoon.
